Photoshop Brush Set : Bubbles and Pearls
Details: This Bubbles and pearls brush set is downloaded from adobe exchange for free. I don't know that redistribution is allowed or not. BTW this is very useful photoshop brush set.

Just download the brushes, and add them to your brushes menu (you should know how). You will achieve best results with pure white as foreground color at 50-100% opacity.
